They are ****mers, *******! Do not subscribe to them! They lured me with a 9.99 2 week trial, of which I didn't even use it. After it expired, I thought that its over. Today they just debited my account with 49.99! I did not even authorize this! I am not subscribed to their app! This is one group that everyone should avoid!
They used to be good. Now they are there to protect the clients only and not the freelancers
They lie to you about gifts, nonsense organisation that plays with grown people. over and above that, they sent me utensils that are broken
I think there should be a zero star rating! The worst customer care in the land! I bought a cellphone from Takealot, 8 months down the line, it just wouldn't get network. Si lodged a return and they said take it to Vodacom. I took it there and then waited and waited, after a month I decided to go to Vodacom to check. Vodacom said that they cannot fix the phone and have instructed Takealot to refund or give store credit ( R number: RaARgk, L Account Number L0056614. Manufacturer restitution accepted). This was the beginning of my nightmare! When i contact Takealot they say "tell vodacom to call us". When i go to Vodacom repairs, they say we have done our part, tell Takealot to call us. I have been calling and driving around for the past 3 months. When you write emails, they will reply you like what Monica.B did on 2 August, and when you ask them to check the status, no reply though I even put my number on the email. My question now is, how has Takealot been dealing with their suppliers like Vodacom in cases like this? I am supposed to be a customer but I am being told to go up and down! The last call I made was attended by Kudrun.O #55612480, she said hold on, I held on for more than 10 minutes, then I was silently cut off..no call backs, nothing! All they do is send an email for service rating! I want to advice everyone, DO NOT buy cellphones from Takealot! rather go straight to Vodacom or any other physical shop! Takealot customer service is the worst in the world, their employees don't even know what they are doing! I wonder if they even train them..Please avoid this shop!
Why is there no option for 0 stars? Very bad customer care. I bought a cellphone from them and it packed up after a few months. They told me to take it to Vodacom, which I did. A month later, no feedback, so I went to vodacom and they told me that they already contacted Takealot to refund or give store credit. I am still trying to get hold of Takealot, no calls are answered, they do not reply emails. This company needs competition, they do not care about their customers at all. So ****ed off
Why is there no zero stars? If there was a competition for the worst customer care, FNB would win clearly. Maybe they could try running a circus, not a bank. On the 1st of December 2023 i saw that there was a ***** taking place on my account. I immediately blocked my card and called fnb to stop the transaction since it was pending, the lady said no we cannot stop it, we have to wait for it to be paid, then we can reverse it. For the next 5 days it was pending, and was eventually paid on the 6th. Now I went back to the bank and they said I must fill a form, which I did. Many emails later, nothing happened. Now on the 4th of January i got an email from a Melusi Mtshali asking me an unbelievable question, which transaction are you disputing sir? I can't believe such customer care! so all this time, what were we talking about? All the calls and emails that they rep****, what were we talking about?, I can't believe this! I am only keeping my account with you because you are the only one who deals with forex paypal! Today 9/01/2024 I contacted them two times with no help, Systems are down!
I wish there was a zero star because they do not deserve even a half star. Worst customer care in the world. I have never experienced such incompetence. I want my refund please you people! All you are doing is sending me reference numbers but when I call and waste my 20 or 30 minutes you do absolutely nothing! This is a criminal organisation stealing people's money
I took a car loan with wesbank and after just six months i lost my job and struggled badly to pay for the car. The car was repossessed eventually and i got stress. I spoke to Wesbank people and they said they would give me time to pay it. I got a job the same month and i started paying what i owed plus charges. They bore with me and i managed to get my car back after settling all in 3 months. They could have sold the car immediately through auction but they understood my situation and am now almost finished paying for it. Thank you a million. Before i go i want to thank Hasina Sonday who was dealing with my case.
