<p>I would like to applaud Nonny for her excellent and prompt service. She really is an assest to your organization. Your guyz need a 100 more of her. <p>My mom mom bought a 40inch JVC TV in 2015 and only last she had an accident and damaged the TV. Since it was covered under the insurance, she claimed for repairs and it was approved and was requested to pay an amount of R400 which she paid and was told it will be delivered. After a while we called called the store to follow on the claim and everything and was told to confirm with the branch and Pinky the rude and nasty consultant was giving us a run around about the TV. I then called the Head office for some further assistance and we were assisted by some Lady Nonny who gave us great service as she was busy calling my mother to invistigate the matter and contacted the store who later after a day or two they delivered an incorrect type of TV, instead of a JVC they delivered a Hi Sense which had remote control that is not working and had no batteries or cover on it and when I called the branch I spoke to the branch manager Toko who advised that they are out of stock and he is aware of the situation and will make sure when the stock come he will let Pinky send out the delivery for the correct remote control to be delivered ad that was on 22-05-2017 to date and whenever I call the store he makes lousy excuses about some stock not being available and the branch manager asked if I can call again on Friday (26-05-2017) and he told me that the stock they had is finished but will ask Pinky again to put a remote aside but nothing received no call or anything from the branch. Now they are busy sending stupind smses to my mom about payments yet we have not received what we should be paying for as agreed with them.</p>
<p>I am highly dissapointed in the service received from this school. I am one of the parent at the school and have been complaining for the past 3 months now (quarter), I have paid an amount of R6 700 at the beginning of the school re-opening in January and did not received what was promised school which was the texts books and school unirform. To my knowledge this is a christian school but the lies given by the receptionist are way too far and the director too. I've been calling in requesting for the feedback but non was given to me except for the lies. Shernice has been lying since day 1 until today. I am a single parent and I am staying in Pretoria and cannot afford to be going to the school to ask for them to give my son who is grade 1 his belonging because they promised to do that as the school. they are liers more that Satan himself, all they know i sending stupid statements and demanding school fees and which is paid up to date. I am really fed up with this school and the worse part is that they don't even communicate with the parent about everything, the only communication they do is when they need money from parents. I hate doing this but now I am really fed up. Shernice and all of them. I haope they burn in hell for lying to me and stressing my mother who is taking care of my son while I am away woring hard for my son to get the best education they promised.</p>
<p>I have never seen such experience ever since I joined the contact centre industry since 2012 or maybe should I say the insurance industry is different. Collision Management Centre has no labour law ethics or does not follow the correct labour law procedure. It does not have HR department were we can lay out our grieviences, salary payments are not done in time and when you ask you're told storieswhich can create a novel. the manager is just a manager but has no management s****s as he's forever grumpy and does not offer much assistance without shouting at the stuff unneccessarily. I am just glad that im no longer there. it does not offer benefits to its stuff, the salaries are way too small for the hard that is done by the stuff and I believe that the director use the money for his personal use instead of increasing or thanking the stuff for their best efforts to the client. Sean Gouws should go for counselling as he has some sort of bio polar. the cokkegues were the best to work with. super team member I had but management OMG ****</p>
