Ordered gas on Friday, received message on Saturday that my order had been processed and proceeding to logistics. Enquired what time will the delivery be made exactly there was no communication. Apparently they don’t work on Sunday but they don’t specify that delivery will only be made during week days. Come Monday after sending a message that I won’t be available during the day. Still no reponse from them until I called the office only to find out my order is on the way, even though I asked them to bring it at a different time as am at work and there is no one to collect my order. I was told I’d get charged for changing the delivery date. So had to leave work, driver threatened to leave if am not at my place in 15min. Drove like a maniac just to get gas cylinder. Honestly as a first time customer I will not bother ordering from them next time. Poor service, this was not worth the trouble. Order at your own risk ✌️
<p>Mtn keeps chowing my airtime every time I upload with R100. The first time they took it i called the customer helpline and i was told to switch my phone off and on again and my airtime miraculoulsy reappeard. Today 30 March 2017 i upload with R100. R43 taken my applications all closed and this customer service person tells me my applications were opened and if i switch my phone off and on again will get my R99 instead of R100. nxa!!!!! am officially porting to 8ta. Been with MTN for years, but i honestly do not deserve this kak service.</p> <p> </p>
