We have a booking for 30 Jan 2026 which is this weekend, we called in to enquire about day visits for the same weekend only to be told that we have an outstanding amount on the booking , goudini spa did not communicate to us at any given time that we owe on the booking. baring in mind that on the day the booking was made the website gave us an amount(R3528) to pay which was paid same time when the booking was made. They are now saying that I owe R752. Imagine we did not call in to enquire about the day visits how would we have known? On check in? I don’t have a R752 to pay the balance if I knew that it will cost me R4280 for 2 night I would have never make the booking 😡 . I am loosing all the money that I paid for the booking only because their system cannot do the calculation. I even got the confirmation email to say that the accommodation is confirmed and paid in full. Only to be told 2 days before check in after we called in they said that we owe in the booking.
Bought sliders online on the 20 Dec and on the 21 Dec both orders was delivered but all items was wrong sizes, i ordered size (w8) but they sent (m8) instead which was waaaayy to big. I did a return request for both sliders but Crocs only sent me 1 pair. I then called the call center to enquire about the missing pair & lady then advised that she escalated my query and they will only send a new pair in the new year. This was a Christmas gift for a friend. I bought well in advance yet i don't have my crocs before Christmas Very Bad service- definitely not buying online again
