Excellent service and great customer care
Consistently excellent service from my insurance broker team. I cannot praise them highly enough for their responsiveness and support.

Fraud alert - outrageous hidden charges - do not use this site
I was charged over R3000 hidden commission for a car rental of R9,200. The fee was buried in the total amount I paid online prior to renting, then I received the nasty surprise of needing to pay the additional amount at the car rental desk. NEver use this site, total scam, will be logging complaints with the credit card company.

Excellent call centre service
<p>I had a problem setting up online viewing and linking my decoder. Phoned late Sunday and was helped by Luyanda Goniwe. He was incredibly patient, determined, professional in his handling of what seemed to be a complex issue on the technical side. I was very impressed and surprised by how good the service was. Give that man a raise or something cool.</p>
