On the 29 Dec 2025 I wanted to made good memories with my kids by showing the the beautiful Table Mountain! Pre-booked our tickets paying over R1500 ... expensive but I wanted my kids to experience this. What a disasted it ende up being with both my kids saying it was their first and last, they will not bring their kids there one day either ... not worth it. All that money for such a bad experience. Ended spending 6 and a half hours queuing in the blasing sun burning to a chrisp. After 3 and a half hours we finally made it up the mountain, the queu was so long we decided to just get something to eat and get back in the queu to let the kids roam and see whilst we stand wait. The food was horrible, there was no space to sit and eat it was dirty as well. We stood in that queu to get back down in the hot sun for another 3 hours just to get back down, we tried to take turns because by this time we were badly sunburned and our feet were killing us. I can't imagine what the international visitors had to say about this very bad service, There was no control over the queus people were pushing in people were so irretated. All in all I paid a **** load of money to stand in a queu for 6 and a half hours paid a R1200 for terrible food. Shame on you guys!!! For the amount of money people spend there should be beter control, more employees and beter tasting food!!! Shame on you!!! 😡😡
Dr. NN Sipholi is one of the rudest most careless doctors I have ever dealt with. He has no people skills and extremely rude. He was the doctor assigned to my mother who suffered a stroke at Life Cosmos in eMalahleni. Whilst inquiring why my mother was not getting any medication or further tests he simply turned and walked out of the room. Following her stroke she had not received any medication in two days. This is a all low for Life Cosmos. Dr Sipholi I hope you can sleep at night knowing you are playing with peoples lives. I also reported this ruthlessness to Life Head Office, I hope they investigate this issue!
This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. Even though I make payments every month they still harrass me every single day. They phone me 6h50 every morning to tell me I have not made payment even though I have not skipped a payment to them. They keep telling me I don't have an arrangement in place with with but I keep making arrangments and they NEVER capture it on their end. They also don't allocate the payments made so it looks like you don't make payments eventhough you did. USELESS and RUDE. My call this morning the woman told me they are going to take legal action against me even though I make payments I mean what the hell?
I am just sick of this company. Although I pay my account every month as arranged and have a letter from their legal department appologizing for phoning me so excessively they still phone me 8 times a day starting from 6h30 in the mornings. I have reported this issue to their call centre, team lead and still it continues. I just can't handle this company anymore!!!!!!
Even though I received an apology from MBD regarding their agent swearing at me, after I told her I made payment. The harassments of MBD still continues even though I make monthly payments I still get between 4-5 calls from them daily. If I don't answer they harass my husband. We have not gone to totally ignoring any calls made by MBD.
I received a call from one of your agents on Friday regarding my account. I explained to her that I did make a payment on this account, she started shouting at me saying no I did not and I said my goodness check your accounts I did. She then proceeded to scream and told me to "Shut Up" and put the phone down in my ear. I can't believe this is how your employees speak to people, unprofessional and that to somebody that is actually paying their account. As all of your calls should be recorded I would like very much you track down this employee as I'm sure I'm not the only one she has spoken to rudely to. I did not even want to give you 1 star as it's not deserving in my opinion. I tried this morning to phone your number listed on the website for your Call Centre 3 times preceding this post to report the incident and nobody even answers your calls, so unprofessional. I am so disgusted at the way company conducts their business. Following an sms received by my husband he subsequently phoned Mrs. Bredenkamp to speak to her about the outstanding funds we were not aware of. You see my husband was injured on duty and this is actually a COIDA matter which was never paid by COIDA and subsequently handed over. He tried to speak to her to explain the situation, she did not give him time to speak and was tauntingly laughing at him when he explained that since the accident, he can’t work due to his injuries. She was saying things like ag shame siestog … not my problem pay your account. I’m disgusted at the way they seem to speak to everybody that has logged a complaint on Hello Peter, obviously this type of work suites her like a glove because she can rude to people belittle them and threaten to get her daily fix. If that is not all she has now in some way gotten hold of my office number and is harassing me at the office too and I’m the spouse, the account is not even on my name. It is evident that this entire company needs to be investigate as they get off on treating people like garbage and criminals.
