If I could give zero stars I would. Employees at the Centurion branch cloned my card information onto a Google Pay account and withdrew everything from my account. Disguising it as the income tax payment due before delivery they get your card information. And voila! They have a field day spending your hard-earned cash! Do not make use of Fastway Couriers Centurion. Do not pay import tax when getting the notification from Fastway Couriers Centurion. There is a massive ******** element at play at this branch specifically!
My agent - Desne Colyn was so welcoming and friendly. She followed-up with me on several occasions making sure that I have all the information and that everything was correct. She went above and beyond to finalise my upgrade. I am very impressed with her service. Dotsure is the best pet insurer in the country - they really put the pets first!
What you see is not what you get. The product is of exceptionally poor quality. Workmanship is shoddy at best. Does jot resemble the photograph even in the slightest. I haven’t been this disappointed in a long time. I would NEVER buy from them again nor would I ever recommend them to anyone.
Dotsure consultant, Michaela Cronje, is possibly the friendliest, most efficient person you could possibly find. She responded to my claim within 2 hours of submission and contacted me personally the next day to inform that the claim has been processed. Her friendly and helpful demeaner is a testament to her professionalism. It was a pleasure to be supported by her.
Registered online over the weekend - easiest process ever. Requested an amendment on Monday morning before 8. Taahirah Simons contacted me just past 8, friendly, most accommodating, even ensured that I was well informed about other options. I was really impressed by her professionalism and friendliness.

Was told that (1) request sim swap (2) synchronise account (3) duel packages listed (4) did get allocations so you must have used it (5) log a call with IT (6) sim swap again (7) synchronise account again (8) subscriber not found (9) log another call through solutions centre (10) will take 48 hours or more!!! This between 1 April and 5 April. And still no service!!! Is there no one on this planet that knows how to sort out the mess with the Vodacom accounts since Saturday? If you can't sort us out then cancel our contracts. We will go somewhere where we actually get what we pay for!!</p>
