Hi To the team, i am highly dissapointed with YOU Standard Bank, i made a payment few minutes ago, now i want to reserve, I CANT DO IT ON THE APPPP!!!! I HAD TO DRIVE TO THE BRUNCH AND THEY TELLING ME IT CANNOT BE DONE, I NEED TO PAY JUST TO REVERSE MY PAYMENT. EVEN THOUGH I PAY, ITS NOT GARRANTED THAT MY MONEY WILL BE REVERSED, I AM THAT TATOLLY MADNESS IF YOU THINK ABOUT IT!!!!!! ALL I NEEDED TO REVERSE MY MONEY, I HAVE BANKING WITH YOU FOR OVER 8 YEARS, AM DISSAPOINTED. I JUST LOSS R3300 JUST BECAUSE THE BANK I TRUST CANNOT DO REVERSE PAYMENT!!!!!!
I would like to report the manager from Wimpy - Cornubia (Durban). Me and my friend were treated very badly by the manager, his name is JOMO, we order food and one of my friend's food was not cooked right, the bacon was oily and half cooked, the whole breakfast was a mess, I also nearly vomited, we tried to address to the manager and he gave us an attitude and went on asking if "he can give us our money back so we can go", I tried to be calm with the situation, and he left us hanging. The lady who was serving us sad we want to cause a scene. The sad part is they didn't event want address or understand why we are we reporting. He said very bad things to us that I can't mention. I was really disappointed, maybe it because we are Black.
The Principal of PINETOWN GRILS HIGH SCHOOL IS VERY RUDE, ESPECIAL IF YOU BLACK PARENT FROM TOWNSHIP!! THEY ONLY ASSIST YOU IF YOU FROM THE SUBURBS.
