Delay tactics when wanting termination
I phoned Budget Insurance this morning wanting to cancel a policy because of exorbitant premiums. I lost my patience when they transferred me to customer retention department, I cant waste more money through airtimer now.

Cannot access OMPGSCHEME
I opened an account with Old Mutual Group Scheme a while back. I have been struggling to get hold of them to cancel my policy. They neither answer the telephone nor respond to emails. I even tried to register on "www.myportfolio.co.za" for self-service and no success either. Old Mutual says they are not working together. Is OMPGSCHEME a scam or a real business? I want out please!!!

Betterlife Insurance is life a life imprisonemnt - their policies cannot be terminated
<p>Betterlife Insurance uses unethical business practices. They refuse to cancel policies despite clients explicitly indicating not wanting business from them. My sister started around August 2016 to have the policy cancelled. Several attempts were made to meet the ridiculous demands from Betterlife but they push people from pillar to post. Ensure you ddont give your banking details to Betterlife Insurance also known as Betterbond. There is absolutely nothing better about them except exploiting policy holder. A person by the name of Nicole Barrow is excellent is using delaying tactics. Beware!!!!</p>
