CopperCart Mi TV Stick
I bought a Mi TV Stick from CopperCart. Good friendly service and delivery was on time as promised. Above all the device does exactly what its supposed to do, easy to setup and no problems with the service. Thanks CopperCart for the great service and value for money

<p>After a nightmare of an experience after taking an additional Telkom product via their service provider Selldirect. It is such a releif to finally speak to someone from Telkom who not only took the time to listen to my problem but advised me accordingly. I after months of effort put the phone down after calling Telkom and actually have hope that my query will be resolved. </p> <p>Thank you Itumeleng your care to detail and professionalism is such a welcomed experience.</p> <p>After speaking with you I must say my faith in Telkom has been restored I just hope that everyone else involved will effect the query logged and and continue with the same awesome level of servce </p> <p>Thanks again Itumeleng Case No ********** 6</p>

Be warned stay away from Selldirect
<p>I have had a Telkom LTE account that was sold to me through a Telkom representative, great service and love the product. But once i bacame a Telkom customer there began my problem because Selldrict somehow then had access to my number and kept calling me to offer various Telkom products that were on special. Biggest mistake I ever made is signing up for one of the products. Despite following all the usage steps and setting usage limits and even contacting them to return the product as I was not happy. </p> <p>Till today Im still waiting for someone from Selldirect to reply to my emails not mention them simply picking up the phone when you call them. Its almost as if they don't exsist.</p> <p>Two words of advice from me </p> <p>1;- Should you get a call from SellDirect hangup immedietly and block the number because entetaining that call just leads to frustration. Please take my word for it rather have the inconvinience of going directly to a Telkom shop</p> <p>2:- A word to Telkom please SellDirect is doing you more harm than good that is a company that in no way represents the quality and level of product that you offer instead they are just doing everything to tarnish the Telkom brand.</p>
