Horrible Service
On the 28th of December 2022 I went to a Capitec in Ermelo Mall the ques was very long I waited for a long along with with customers I went to the lady who was managing the quematic system at the time i asked why was the customers not informed of was going she gave attitude and looked the other let me talk to myself fortunately a gentleman came and assisted but lady continued being rude this is not way to treat paying customers Capitec please deal the service we get at that Branch

Club account
We a group of people who wants to open a club account we saw FNB a pontetial bank for we first went to make enquiries at FNB Ermelo branch we found a gentleman there who referred us to a constant lady who then told us about the required documents for the went and did everything that was said and we came back the very next week they then told us about a constitution we went back again and draft the document that they want today they gave their construction document and we must use the exact same format we just a group of people we want to save we are not a professional body as I can tell we gave everything that was required the bank is willing to assist us

BAD SERVICE
<p>I BOUGHT AIRTIM(R115)VIA THE BANK USING INTERNET BANKING (ABSA) AND AT BANK'S SIDE IT WAS CONFIRMED AND I WAS NOT CREDITED AND I CALLED THE CALLED I GOT NO HELP THERE HELP THERE ,SO I WENT AND BOUGHT R30 AIRTIME AND I USED R15 TO BUY 100MB OF DATA AND I WAS CREDITED TWICE WHEN I PURCHASED ONCE AND WHEN I CALLED I WAS TOLD I WAS LYING PLEASE HELP MTN OR CONTINUE WITH YOU BAD SERVICE</p>
