Such a beautiful service and professional service i received from Busisiwe Sithole Miway Consultant... to think i was cancelling my insurance for a better quote but she still treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism... Miway has an Asset in Busisiwe Sithole
I took up a home loan with Absa in November and my first debit order was meant be deducted on the 30th April 2020 which never happened until I called your home loans department around first week of May and I was told they are not sure what happened for the debit order not to go through as I had funds in my account, which resulted in ABSA debiting for 2 months at one go because I was told my account is now in 1 month arrears. End of May same story no debit order going through, I then called ABSA around 3rd June reminding them to debit my account, on the 07 July I received a call from one of your call centre agents who was very unpleasant and asking why am I not paying my bond as though its my fault, I always have funds in my account, I even asked her to escalate this matter for it to be resolved, I received another debi-check towards end of July and I approved it but to date no debit has gone off my account…this has been going every month to date. I sent the below email to home@absa.co.za and to date I have not received a response and no debit order has gone off, and THIS IS NOW AFFECTING MY CREDIT PROFILE!!! I requested my statement and realised im now being charged interest because of ABSA negligence and this is unacceptable!!!! THIS IS NOW FRUSTRATING!!! I cannot be reminding ABSA to debit my account on a month to month basis. It is time consuming and annoying im seriously going to take this is up with the ombudsman!!! This month again the bond amount has not been deducted from my account and im having to waste my precious time reminding ABSA TO DEBIT!!! It’s the 07 August and the debit order was meant to go through on the 31 July 2020 ‘ CAN SOMEONE DO SOMETHING PLEASE!!!
I found a pot scrubber (Skuurpot) inside my triple decker pizza that I bought at Lambton, I logged my complain on their facebook page and I received a phone call at 16:46 yesterday 02 Oct. from the manager at Lambton who was making excuses that they don't even use a pot scrubber she doesn't know where its coming from as if I was making up my complain, then she promised to get back to me in a few second, until today the 03 Oct. I have not received a call back... I'm furious and disappointed because my life and kids lives were put in danger imagine if either of us had swallowed the pot scrubber... These people are putting our lives in danger seriously
I received a courtesy car which was extended for extra 3 days after 30 days authorised by Miway and now im getting calls from a collections company sent by Avis demanding payment of R1500.00 and ive been in contact with Miway asking different consultants to resolve this issue and i was told by Seipati Ngake from Miway in September 2018 that they are waiting for Avis to send them an invoice so that Miway can settle this amount... to this day im still getting calls from Credit works demanding payment from me... each and everytime i call Miway im told the matter has been escalated to car hire department to resolve with Avis and they will get back to me... but none of the consultants have never returned any of my calls... the only email i received from Seipati was an email to Avis and that was because i requested that she forward it to me... Im not happy and this is frustrating
Woooow... i got married on the 11 & 12 Nov 2016... Shubone Events delivered what we agreed upon, even went an extra mile to make sure my guests were comfortable... Decor was classy and elegant... Im an extremely happy client and would really recommend it to everyone planning a wedding or any event that needs decor... :)
<p> </p> <p>I was involved in a car accident on a Friday afternoon and contacted my insurance and i was assigned to another agent (wont mention her name) who promised to call me on a monday to process my claim but she didnt, a week later i called my MiWay Insurance and a gentlemen by the Sydney Tyuluba offered his proffessional service of which this claim was not even assigned to him, which he also mentioned to me but he didnt transfer me back to the person this claim was assigned to... Instead he offered his assitance willingly, with care and treated me like im part of the MiWay family! He gave me feedback on all the steps he took regarding my claim up until it was authorised :) I would really recommend MiWay to my friends and family because of such great service that i received from Sydney... Hes a true asset</p>
