Staff treated Badly
The one in Long Street, Their Management, not the floor level management. He is treating the staff like they are prisoners - I mean the bar men need to be Themselves. They are not relaxed - because the boss always Whatsapp to Tell the bar man that customers look like they will steal, they look dodgy and all that,tell them to go. While there is nothing wrong the customer doing. They bought drinks, having fun nothing illegal. What he did was not fair.

Customer Service not impressive

Feel safe and welcomed
Every time I get to the Lanseria Airport. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. Big ups to them. Customer service is excellent with no doubt.

Cape Town Taxify drivers Not reliable
<p>Not going to use Taxify ever again - they doubled charged because of the driver that didn't know directions - he spent extra more time.. Isn't it safe, comfortable and relieving for a driver to know the locations of the town/ city he works in? </p>
