We signed up with them to draw us a ANC, we were swiftly connected online of which it's great, we paid what we were charged and told that we will receive our original contract signed via courier services of which we paid for, within 4 weeks. Our meeting with Leoni was on the 26 March, we had a 10min session everything was explained we agreed and signed. We have been contacting her office, mobile number she gave us via whatsapp and calls with no response, the only time she responded it was via voice note on my whatsapp (after the 4 weeks) that the contract has been signed we still waiting for delivery.... we have been receiving only that message since.... now when we call text or try any form of contact with her, no answer.
Ive been paying my DSTV Compact package since i got it.... Recently after the Loc Down my account was blocked due to unpaid subscription fee of R399... I spoke to different consultants about this matter on different occasions all they said to me was that their system reactivated my previous silver old decorder and its package of which i cancelled a long time ago so the consultants would reverse the amount outstanding because it's a glitch on their side. Now, today i spoke to Bridgette and after she explained that Showmax is linked to this account hence the outstanding... But 5 different consultants NEVER picked up this problem they all told me that its becuase of the old decoder.... I dont refuse to pay but despute the fact that it was never mentioned to me by 5 different consultants and now my account is blocked noooo DSTV must reactivate my account because 1. Evertime i called with the same problem and it was sorted out there and there 2. Becuase Rodney yeld and told me thay my account will NEVER be activated without payment DSTV withheld imformation to me, always they will reactivate my account without Proper investigation why the account is suspended DSTV never updated their systems or have a new IT guy that the consultant CANT reverse the outstanding amouny like before....
<p>I bought a top loader washing machine from HiFi Corp in Nelspruit The Groove Mall, I personally went to the shop to report that the machine is not working after using for less than 3 months... the consultant took my details and all that and was promised a call after 2 working days, it took 2 weeks for them to call me after i called the shop. Eventually I was contacted the same day from a consultant from the shop he mentioned to me that the technician will attend me tomorrow, as usual no call after 2 weeks the technician call me and ask me which side of kaMagugu do I stay I said to him he has the wrong address i verified with him he just dropped the call on me after that another one calls me and said im on my way to Nelspruit which side of Nelspruit to I stay, again the same thing as the other consultant I explained i stay in Moremela passing Graskop I even directed them with Buckluck Potholes... then he said wee will come tomorrow. As usual no one came last week Friday i was contacted to arrange that someone must be at the house on Saturday or Sunday supposingly i was to receive a call from one of the Technicians even today im still waiting for that call </p> <p> </p> <p>I bought the machine with one purpose p, to use it but now its a burdon for it to be fixed please do something about this its really tiring </p>
