I have 907.56 per month for Telkom LTE since Nove 2019 , Telkom has false advertising, " SMARTBROADBAND WIRELESS UNLIMITED ALL HOURS." We have been correspondencing since the 17th of December 2019 and till date they have not resolved the issue. I have a long chain of messages, I have logged another call on the 24th of June 2020 and they have not even looked at the call as yet. I was told this evening that it take 72 work hours and they are still within their SLA in order to rectify this issue. However they fail to answer the work hours from the 17th of December till date amounting to 1097 hours later and they have not resolved the issue. We receive 0.4mbps/1.6mbps/1.4mbps speed for 907.56 per month, this is robbery. When asked to speak to someone senior, i was advised to just wait till someone resolves the issue. Should i stop payment my Telkom account, they immediately blacklist me, but as a consumer, there is absolutely nothing i can do to hold Telkom accountable for the R 7,260.48 that i have paid thus far, there is no way that i can hold them accountable for the missed business that i have had to ensure due to their poor network and there is no way i can get in contact with senior members of this organization to esclate further. This is terrible and very disappointing service.
<p>I did a purchase online to the value of R 12,141.00, at the time of my paying the vendor had stock of the items i ordered, however when it came to shipping they did not have stock available for items worth R 5,530.00, they are refusing to pass a credit and transfer the money back into my back account.</p>
