Useless company!
<p>Requested and made payment for a public IP. Service resquest was made to one of the technical administrators. Did not receive any feedback for 3 weeks, although multiple requests were made. They are very eager to get your business, but once payment is made, service is non-existent. I'm glad our body corporate is finally getting rid of Smart Village as our network service provider :)</p>
