Kindly help! I spoke to nomfundo this morning to reconnect my acc and explained to her that payment of 530 was made yesterday before it got disconnected,she looked for proof of payment and got it,but she said she cant reconnect because I hv to pay R50 for reconnecting fee even though it was paid yesterday.i then asked to speak to her superior coz I couldn't understand why I should pay that when my acc was disconnected when I had paid already,nomfundo passed the phone to "MIPONI MALINGA"OMG this lady was extremely rude with a stinking attitude an that's when a picked up that she wasnt a supervisor,she was actually retaliating to a point that she tells me I can get her fired she doesnt care and be happy about it,shes actually waiting for my complain with open arms.i then asked for the reference of the called she tried to play smart with me and finally gave me a wrong reference.i then spoke to xolelwa and explained all over again,she gave me all MIPONI'S references which is I118 ,I119 ,I120 she was shocked that I had to go through that with MIPONI she explained that all she needed to do was to cancell the reconnection fee since I paid before it got disconnected and reconnect me but thanks to her because she was so helpful.now I was MIPONI MALINGA'S manager to call me please after listening to the call and tell me if tha is how hey trained her to talk to customers like that,I workwith clients aswel even though I was wrong she had no right to talk to me like that ,I request that she calls me aswel to apologies for what she did.i will be waiting for the call. Angry customer!!
Hi guys i bought a paving in the beginning of dec 2018 from mzansi bricks and the last payment was done on month end of December,when it was time for them to deliver they gave me a run around till march 2019 and i never got it at all ,i then requested a refund and still they gave me a run around but finally he gave my money back on the 18.03.19, Brandon is the owner of the company and his such a pathetic lier ,he even taught his employees to lie ,good people please i beg you don't buy any paving from them because you wont get it instead you will get a headache.this man doesn't know how to run a business and doesn't care about his clients. please save your money to such croaks ive learned a huge lesson, this is his information Kind regards GEORGE CELL : ********** ...brandon's number TELL : ********** TELL : ********** ********** www.mzansibricks.co.za
I've called yesterday on the 12.10.17 complaining about my lost Brazilian hair wig that went missing in room number 333 up my stay in the hotel someone told me the lady that was cleaning my room is not at work I would get a feedback today but however till today 13.1p.17 I never got it.is called and I was told the cleaner is not at work again today.kindly assist I want my hair back it is annoying for such a 5 star hotel to be stealing from their clients kindly note I won't stop posting and I will make sure all social media know about this .get back to me and let me know how will this be resolved....I WANT MY HAIR BACK!!
