Capital Legacy trading as Eksekuteurs Firm Reacting on a television advert, I send an e-mail during August 2024 to Eksekuteurs for advice and drafting of our will, on which Dean du Plooy visited us and compiled a basic will for my wife and I. The poor quality of the printed documents should have been the first indication that Eksekuteurs are not professional and serious about their business. Sadly, my wife passed away on 17 May 2025, but I felt comforted that Eksekuteurs will handle the estate and most of the cost will be covered by the policy. My daughter submitted all the required documentation to Eksekuteurs, and this is where our frustration and disappointment started. Firstly, Jacques Liebenberg, sent a blank set of forms, which they wanted me to sign, before they populated the forms with my information. We explained that they should first populate/complete the forms before I can sign it. What a disaster, the information on the forms was incorrect in most cases, showing a total lack of attention to detail. My daughter then completed the forms correctly and returned them to Jacques which he used to register as executors of my estate with the Master of the High Court - Pretoria, which they did. I recently received the Letter of Executorship from Eksekuteurs with my name as surviving spouse indicated as Francois Alwyn du Rand, whereas my name is just Francois du Rand. In conclusion, I will advise any potential client of Eksekuteurs to take note of my comments before entering discussions with the company

In hindsight, the poor quality of the printed documents should have been the first warning sign that Eksekuteurs are not as professional or detail-oriented as they claim to be. Sadly, my wife passed away on 17 May 2025. During this difficult time, I found comfort in believing that Eksekuteurs would handle the estate efficiently, and that most costs would be covered by the associated policy. Unfortunately, our experience since then has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. My daughter submitted all the required documentation to Eksekuteurs. Shortly after, Mr. Jacques Liebenberg sent me blank forms to sign before they had even been completed with my personal information — an unacceptable practice for any professional firm. When we requested that they first populate the forms correctly, the documents we received were filled with errors, showing a complete lack of attention to detail. My daughter eventually corrected the forms herself and returned them to Mr. Liebenberg, who used them to register Eksekuteurs as executors of my late wife’s estate with the Master of the High Court in Pretoria. However, when we received the official Letter of Executorship, my name was incorrectly listed as “Francois Alwyn du Rand” instead of simply “Francois du Rand.” This experience has left me deeply disappointed in Eksekuteurs’ professionalism, accuracy, and client service. In conclusion: I strongly advise anyone considering using Eksekuteurs to take careful note of my experience before engaging with this company.
My review on Artificial Intelligence on 7 December 2023, has reference. After making contact with Hendrik Nagel in response of my review, I got the a better picture of the demand on Hendrik and his company. It is general knowledge that there is a exceptionally high demand for installation of solar systems which also put pressure on Hendrik and his company. The long and the short is that when Hendrik eventually made it to my dwelling, he made a few minor adjustments to my inverter parameters and the system is performing to expectation again. I hereby unconditionally withdraw my review and apologies for the inconvenience caused by my review
I had a solar system installed in my home at the end of 2019 by G.W. Technical, trading as Artificial Intelligence. I soon became obvious that Hendrik Nagel and his team are not qualified and/or knowledgeable with the subsystems characteristics to ensure a symbiotic, integrated system, and it took them about 18 months to get it functioning to expectations. Although the system performed well for close to two years, I am now experiencing black outs at night, where the system does not fall back on the grid, which was available, and had to be reset manually during the night. I tried to call Hendrik Nagel many times but, although I can see on WhatsApp that he is busy on his phone, he ignore my calls and messages.
After been called by a telli sales person, I joined MyHeritage some months ago and initially successfully did research on the platform. Then, out of the blue, the system didn't provide any information. I would like MyHeritage to urgently correct the problem and to extend the duration of my contract accordingly or pay my money back. I found it difficult to find someone interested to look at the unit since it it is more than 12 years old and spare are not available. Leak Detection and repair of swimming pool
A property of us is insured by ABSA Home Owners Insurance. Since I had many years of excellent service form this company, I was quite a shock to wait 3 months for a geyser claim to be setttled with no progress, with no progress further than a auto response than my reminders will be referred to a consultant. Telephonic enquiries was also fruitless
Based on a recommendation by a family member I have, amongst others, approached Hendrik Nagel from Artificial Intelligence for an accessment of my requirement and for a proposal. Their price was very good for my system and I am very impressed with Hendrik and his team’s professionalism and quality of work. My system is is performing to expectation
During the Covid19 Lock Down I experienced a burst solar water geyser.
