Telkom does not record 0800... numbers on your invoices/statements
<p>After numerous conversations no one is able to say why 0800... phone calls which has been made does not reflect on the monthly invoice/statement, nor can any 0800...phone calls be traced.</p> <p> </p> <p>This matter is part of a fraud investigation, yet no urgency is placed on resolving the matter. On the contrary, the manager says that 0800... numbers should reflect, but cannot say why it is not reflecting.</p>

Poor Response
<p>An incident has been lodged with the Fraud Department. A Fraud Analyst has been assigned. The reference number is IC 45719 - Invoice Scam. I am not getting any response to my correspondence. I would like to know whether an FNB branch accepted a deposit into an acount they suspected of being fraudulent?</p>
