During my vehicle claim I was assisted by Fikile Nkutha, and one would like to thank her for excellent work/ service that she has provide to make my claim so easy and smooth. After our vehicle has been tow to the nearest repairs center as I was busy with filling my claim forms Fikile gave me a call regarding her willingness to assist me to complete the claim forms as she has noticed that my car was been tow to their repair center. This is what one called customer focus, and going an extra mile to assist and explain the process that need to be followed was one thing that reminded me the reason why I chose this insurance more than 5 years ago. After submission of my claim the process was smooth, and I didn't have call for feedback as I was updated with every step of my claim. This is what I called the insurance that is always there for their client. Well done Fikile and you may continue with excellent service for all who need it. I am extremely satisfied on how my claim was handled. 🙌🙌
I booked for service of which was done and I was adviced that some parts were not available and order was place. I was conducted for appointment and Monday the 13th February 2023 was scheduled but later was rescheduled for a day later, today the 14th February of which it was understandable. Drove 150km from Mpumalanga only to get there and findout that all other customers were called for postponement of their appointment and i was not called or sms. This is so sad as I have used the same dealer for the past 5years . Very disappointed with disgusting service as if someone is doing us a favour.
<p>After spending almost 4 years with the network by using their contract services I just decided to cancell my contract after it has been expired on one of my number.</p> <p>I did call the contract department around 10: 15 am of which i was been told that they don't do cancellation but can tranfer me to retention department of which i thought it was fair . Tranfering was done aroung 10:20 am and is where the nightmare started. only at 11:23 the first consultant answer my call ( name of consultant known by me) and as i was about to explain the reason for my call he hang-up on me and I had to call ********** again and tranfered to this department again.</p> <p> </p> <p>One ything that i don't understand is that my contract with MTN was for 24 months not more that than and we never agreed on month to month contract of which my understanding is that after 24 months they(MTN) not supposed to debit my account untill we make a new contract agreement.</p>
