<p>I called Vodacom to enquire about my depleted data bundles and the upteenth follow up on why I do not receive my data balance notification SMSes and quite a useless, ill mannered and unprofessional Lionel, proceeded to arrogantly tell me that he "Isn't sure what my problem is (even after I explained this to him numerous times) and if I was unsatisfied, I can hang up the call and get someone else to assist me" </p> <p> </p> <p>Apart from the lack of etiquette he had on the phone, his poor attitude and listless to assist doesn't make me want to keep my account at Vodacom for any reason because the service is abhorrent, speaking to him doesn't give me reassurance that I'm actually paying for anything worthwhile. Needless to say, my data bundle has still miraculously disappeared and after rude remarks my SMS issue has also not been fixed. </p> <p> </p> <p>Because I can't call the call center for anything, can someone please contact me for cancellation of contract. </p>
<p>The manager at the MaxBox in Pretoria North is pathetic excuse of leadership, he does not care for his customers at all, upon raising a valid complaint, he poorly resolves it by calling his customers liars and claims that everything is resolved. Never going back there again. </p>
