On the 07/02/2026 i had my windscreen replaced by PG glass Johannesburg Mobile . The card machine was not working and i had to do an EFT , i over paid the excess and have been waiting an entire month with no response from PG Glass or the Mobile unit . all my communication has been ignored , I have logged a case with PG glass recovery service and they have also ignored my case and communication. I have just gotten off the line with your customer agent, Vuyokahsi. I must say I am utterly disappointed by the calibre of people you employ and entrust your business to. She had the audacity to put the phone on the desk for 5 minutes while I was talking, and then transferred me without informing me. I hung on for another 10 minutes before eventually giving up. sadly to say my query is still not resolve
