Great help for a small business
<p>Having started up a small business, I looked around for payment solutions and iKhokha was recommended to me by a couple of people. I contacted them and within 48 hours I had my machine and was set up! I bought my machine out right and there are no monthly charges and they have the cheapest percentage on each sale that all others in the market place so it is ideal for a small business! If you have an issue, the staff are so friendly and helpful and can even explain to a techno phone like myself how to resolve anything. My only criticism is that the machine runs out of charge very very quickly so you need to carry a spare battery pack in you are working at markets etc! But I wouldn't be without it and would have lost loads of sales if I was as people don't carry cash these days!!!!!</p>

Shocking Response
<p>We ordered a wrought Iron day bed for our daughter on arrival in South Africa and were very impressed with the initial response and assistance from Nick and Firosa. However, delivery was delayed by several weeks and then on arrival of the bed, it was completely scratched and knocked. I immediately sent photos and WIC said it must have been done by the courier company and took it up with them. I got a quote from a local company to respray the bed and, after much backwards and forwards between us, Nick called me to advise that they would pay for the respray so I arranged to have it done. Once done, I forwarded the invoice to Nick and he advised that, as the courier company had now refused to take responsibility and pay anything, they could not pay for the respray!!!!! So my R8500 day bed ended up costing R10900 and a lot of angst and anger and frustration. I will never recommend or buy anything from this company - they are underhand and unscrupulous!!!!!!</p>
