Best Service and fast delivery ever. They keep you constantly in the loop, knowing every change that is happening. Contact personally should they recommend anything to your order, eg, I placed 2 orders a day apart, they phoned me and asked if they can refund one shipping and put both together, excellent excellent service. Thinking out of the box and saves money. Delivery within a week.
Good day, My son cancelled his membership in December ref PF2861652, he did pay the 2 months cancellation fees, but still in February against his knowledge Planet Fitness is still collecting, this is fraud and stealing. PLEASE REFUND HIM AND CANCEL THE DEBIT ORDER PLEASE. I WILL MARK IT AT THE BANK AS FRAUDULANT AS WELL.
We did received wonderful service from them, even with a hick up and what we though will be a nightmare, Amarelle Logistic were able to assist and deliver as promised. The driver and guys assisted went out of there way to make it a pleasant experience. We moved from Pretoria to Western Cape in January 2022 and yes I will recommend them.
Good day I really really getting so frustrated sorting Cell C's faults out and then they charge me for their error that i'm trying to sort out for 5 months now. REALLY What must a person do to get proper customer services as this is useless and Billing doesn't even know where to start or how to fix their mistake.
Clients is paying for Cell C mistakes, they are full of empty promises and never fix their mistakes although it cost you your ITC score, they just don't care at all. Every time it is another person phoning trying to sort out their mistakes, then promise to phone you back, but never do. Cell C Social Media same, promise to sort out the problem and also never comes back. I don't think people must waist time and money in upgrading or moving to Cell C, it's not worth it and nobody knows their job or how to sort out a problem. Customer service is not a priority at all for them as long as you pay for their mistakes.
I'm really disappointed in CellC terrible service overall. Cell C social media promised to sort out our problem 3 days no response, I've emailed everyday to sort out the problem, for weeks we can't received calls or phone anyone. They check on your ITC without permission. All of the sudden split the account up with different collecting days without notification. 2 Different consultants said it were a billing error on their side and it's been fixed, just to find out a few weeks later that's not the case. All of the sudden in the area there's no reception for our sim cards and we have to upgrade to a migration package. WHY?? This is really the worst service ever.
The service with Capitec is really bad. I've paid an account online, while it were busy going through, load shedding started, the amount went off my account, Showing Unprosessed, that were 3 days ago still show unprosessed, I phoned Capitec twice and the merchant I was paying, it doesn't reflect on their side and Capitec won't reverse the payment in order for me to do it again. I even went in yesterday and they just don't want to assist me. And said it normally takes 7 to 10 working days. How in the world. The service is just BAD
