Unacceptable Delivery Delay and Poor Service
I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this courier company. My parcel was marked as “shipped,” yet delivery was attempted too late in the day when the destination was already closed. Since then, there has been no meaningful communication or resolution. What is completely unacceptable is that the expected delivery date has now been pushed into the new year. This is not reasonable, especially for an order placed well in advance during the Christmas period. A delay of this length shows poor planning, poor execution, and a lack of urgency. Customers should not have to chase updates or accept delivery dates weeks after the original promise. This level of service is disappointing and does not meet basic delivery expectations. I would not recommend this courier company based on my experience.

Delayed Delivery and Lack of Communication – Mr Price Sport Order
I placed several online orders on 11 December 2025, including an order with Mr Price Sport and a separate order with Mr Price Online. I received my Mr Price Online order on 17 December 2025; however, my Mr Price Sport order has not yet been delivered. The order status still reflects “Shipped.” Upon contacting Mr Price, I was informed that the courier attempted delivery too late in the day and the store was already closed. Since then, I have not received any further updates regarding my delivery. I also checked the courier company’s website, which currently lists the expected delivery date as 05 January 2026. This is concerning, as Mr Price Online advertised that orders placed before a specific date would be delivered before 24 December 2025. Based on this information, there is no assurance that my order will arrive in time for Christmas. Although I was advised that Mr Price would notify the courier to arrange delivery, I have not received any formal confirmation or updated delivery details. I would appreciate clarity on the status of my order and confirmation of when I can expect delivery.

Worst sweet and sour dish ever!
We ordered a sweet and sour pork dish with EXTRA sauce at this so called Asian cuisine, instead we were served spekko rice and pork mixed in batter with CHEAP tomato sauce. No vegetables, no sauce in the dish, just rice and pork. HORRIBLE! and the manager on shift tonight actually had the audacity to argue with us. SHAME! You need to go to an Asian cuisine restaurant and see how they make their sweet and sour dishes, not this nonsense we were served.
