Like always I bought my monthly toiletries including my Good Stuff and Co body lotion at Dis-Chem, however, this time there was a bit of a defect with the body lotion - Guessing it wasn't the lotions formula instead it was the supplier of the packaging in which the lotion was packaged. I let the company know of this defect and they responded almost immediately, apologising for the defect. Not a day later Good Stuff and Co sent me a Sorry package (for lack of a better description of it) filled with hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, my favourite body lotion and a day cream. I have always loved the product, the formula is perfect for my body and face and even though this oopsy did happen I wouldn't have stopped using the products. Really, A+ for Good Stuff and Co customer services really impressed, including the fact that the product is actually legitimately a good product.
<p>Ordered a watch from takealot, then it was delayed due to delivery at the wrong depot, then finally after waithing an extra two days received the watch however it is the wrong watch. Also wrapped terabley in a plastic bag not even a propper box. So disapointed, takealot has always been my go to shop but really this pathetic. Also this is a gift to someone and well guess they getting their gift a month late due to incompetence. </p>
<p>So sad. I love Takealot, I can always count on them and their punctuality, but this time I was let down with a delayed order due to deliver at the wrong branch. Now I know it could have been lots worse but this was a gift that I needed obviously on time and now I have to show up empty handed with and excuse. Not the best way to make someone day special. Very disappointed. </p>
