My insurance company replaced my broken tv in October 2023 with a Hisense tv.This tv became faulty Desember 2023.I contacted my insurance company to notify them.They gave me the company's tel no that delivered it.They opend on the 3rd of January 2024.I called them and they lodge a complaint about the faulty tv at Hisense.Hisense said it will be dealt with in 24 to 48 hours.I was waiting but no contact made.I called Hisense customer service.The person that answered was rude and unprofessional.I asked to speak to his manager and he said no and that there is no managers there.He also said he won't give me any numbers.I contact my insurance provider again today 12 January 2024.They called me back and said a Hisense technician did contacted me.No technician from Hisense contacted me.I asked for proof of the call and conversation.The insurance company called me back and said Hisense admitted that the technician didn't make contact with me.I even left a message on fb but no one responded. Please think twice before purchasing any product from Hisense.They don't keep to there promises and lies to customer's.There is absolutely no after service and communication from Hisens.
I just want to say that I got friendly and fast service from Angelique Koekemoer from Capital Legacy regarding updating off my mother's Will.She went out of her way to assist.I will most definitely refer Angelique to anyone needing help with their Will.Thanks for you're good service.
Do not make use of Paxi delivery service for any parcel.There service is the worst-case i ever had to deal with.I was supposed to get my patcel Friday 9 November.I already paid for the service 30 October.Its the 11 of November with still no answer when i will get my parcel. I orderd bedding from Michells Plane online.When i contacted them i only get a apology and they don't put any efford in to get this problem sorted out.Stay far away
I ordered new bedding for my daughter friend for a birthday present from Mitchells Place online in cape town. I paid on 30 october the full amount and was promised that i will get my parcel 9 November 2018.Till to date 11 November 2018 no parcel.If you contact them they only apologize and that they will come back with a answer.Do not use Mitcehells Plane Online bedding and Paxi that is supposed to deliver in 5 to 7 working days.There service is very disappointing and poor.
<p>I bought a sinotec mini hifi for my mom about a year ago.The remote started to give problems and stop working.I went to game centurion and saw one of their workers(sinotec)with his sinotec t shirt.I told him my problem and he took my tel no to help me.He was suppose to call me the day around 12:00 and didn't.I had to call him to remind him.Then few days went past.I send him a message but there was no news on a replacement remote.Few day later again i send him a message now he's waiting for the rep.Few days after that again i ask him if there's new.Now he wil find out tuesday when he's going to the office.I send him a message now 25/04/2017 again,sorry sir no news. I'm up to here for the poor service.</p>
