I have been trying to complain about my billing for over a year now. Why is it that I pay R999 for a service when other people are paying R849 for the exact same service. Please adjust my premium.

Monthly costs I have sent a request to question why I have been paying R150 more than new customers. I have not recieved any feedback as yet. I would like to get the same rates as them

Is there no way to give no stars? I have been fighting with you people for over a year now with no joy. I send emails to you I complain on hello Peter and speak to people on WhatsApp but keep getting ignored. Probably going to happen again. Deal with rude employees who have no regards to being respectful. I send emails to your legal team and still no responses almost 2 weeks later. Get threated to be put on the SAFPS for not paying but get emails ignored for a year to all my enquiries. Probably going to happen again. I have all my proof of trying to explain my problems.
I sent an email to you guys over a month ago and still have yet to get feedback from you. Now you are demanding money from me yet refuse to acknowledge my email. I would like to state that you will not get a dime from me until my email ahs been acknowledged and responded to sorting out the query stated in my email
Recently you have brought over Link Africa and have yet to install your device in my premises. However since one of your technical guys worked on wires less than 500meters from my premises my internet has been down. Mweb does not seem to want to assist as i have already been complaining to them for over 2 weeks. I work from home and require the internet and your lack of concern form the people using the internet is astounding, (please not the sarcasm) i need the internet to do my work. Please urgently send someone to fix the problem urgently (they were working on lines the corner of 8th and 10th Street in Edenvale)
Good day, Since Hello peter wont allow me to write my 3rd review on the Mweb page i will therefore write on your page. Since you have been brought over by Metrofibre i have yet to have internet. On Thursday the 28th October one of the Metrofibre technical people were working on lines less than 500 meters from my house. Since then i have not had internet Mweb does not seem to want to send someone out to fix the problem. I have found the many people in my are have had the same issues. It has been 2weeks now since the issue started and yet noone has bothered to come and sort out the issues.
fault that youyou were sold to Metro fibre and will continue to pay what I have always paid.
About a week ago on the 28th October my internet suddenly stopped working. This was after I had seen a metro Fibre technical vehicle working on lines about a block away from my house. I called the technical department and was advised a call needs to be loaded at the time this was impossible as I had changed my cellphone number but could not update it with mweb due to having no internet. I was able to log a call 2nd November but am now being advised there is a 3 to 6 business day turn around time. I have now been without internet for a week. I need this sorted out ASAP
