Good day Regarding NIB Homes (House Rental Agency), the response times to acknowledge and action the issues logged by tenants is unacceptable. At times, it takes their admin months to acknowledge or respond to simplest of queries or genuine concerns raised by tenants w.r.t. home maintenance. Our logged issues have been outstanding for months e.g. the light in the kitchen does not work (they probably expect you to work in the dark or use an emergency light) , the patio door will not close (a major security risk).. the list goes-on. Eventually a contractor comes and fixes the patio door but the issues resurfaces within few days. The agency sends contractor to fix issues at the rented unit and the contractor took a video of our kid at the house without parental consent. The video was shared bluntly by their admin person with us stating that the kid has accepted that he fiddled with the door. Now our personal security and privacy has been compromised and we've bigger concerns at hand as the kid's video could be floating around with unknown people. We're liaising with our company's legal department to initiate action. We never expected a professional housing rental company like NIB homes to operate with such unprofessional and irresponsible attitude. We're grossly concerned!
Good day Can contacting a specific branch of such a big car dealer in SA be difficult? You would first not think so but it definitely seems to be the case. I brought my first car from We Sell Cars (Sliver Lakes branch Pretoria) in year 2017 and now require a copy of purchase contract. From the main call centre (087 057 0000), they have been trying to route me to the branch but the branch 90% of the the time would not pick up phonecalls routed to them. I've easily made over 10 phonecalls and seem to keep losing my time and money in the process. I once managed to get to the branch, explained my requirement to a lady and for over two weeks now, have not heard further. Yesterday, I made a final attempt and the lady at Cape Town call centre did take my details and assured me of getting a response from the branch but again no call back received. You would not expect such shocking service from such a reputed car dealer but have got a reality check in the process. Please folks.. You guys are master salespeople but please up your game when it comes to customer service .. This is my first bad experience in terms of receiving simple customer service and hopefully you can fix it.
<p>Hi</p> <p>Trust you're well.</p> <p>I visited the Tyres and More at Rivonia Sandton earlier this week and received a great deal of information and support from the front desk.</p> <p>The guys really gave me the required time and showed me the tyres that I was interested in with the exact tyre specs (195/65/15 91V) that were shared. And they also offered additional services like service on the car etc.</p> <p>I left the store earlier this week with a great conviction that I'll be dealing with these people and was supposed to bring my car at a later point in time.</p> <p> </p> <p>I left my contact no. and email address with the front desk to get back to me with the couple of brands of tyres that I chose to go with.</p> <p>A quote was requested which was never sent and I made personal follow up over phone 3 times on three consecutive working business days but to no avail. </p> <p> </p> <p>Everytime I put down the phone, I was informed that the quote will be sent shortly and was not.</p> <p> </p> <p>So an experience with Tyres and More Rivonia which started on a good note has really turned into the sour one. The most frustrating part is the massive time lost in the process.</p> <p> </p> <p>In the tough economic situations and competitions previaling in the market, a need to perform so many repeated follow up for such a simple request is really unaccptable.</p> <p><br /> <br />Before reaching to HelloPeter, I even emailed a feedback to Tyres and More's website to give the management a chance to look into such poor service levels and address the matter. Apart from an auto email acknowledgement, I have not heard anything further so far. </p> <p> </p> <p>Is it really this difficult to share a quote for 4 tyres and only for a couple of chosen brand of tyres?</p>
