Empty Promises
<p>I called STD bank today because of them deducting my money</p> <p>Firstly I had to wait on the line for 15min before i speka to the consultant and when i finally spoke to the consultant i asked her to put me through to someone who is senior , then i spoke to the Gentleman by the name of Khayalethu Gesha who is a Supervisor who promised to call me back by 14h00 today but im still waiting for his call </p> <p>i have sent him 2 E Mails to remind him to call me but still nothing has beed done</p> <p> </p> <p>STD bank is making sure everyday that i get angry because of them </p>
