I am still new to JustPlay so I haven't won anything yet or know of anyone who has won a prize. I may not be on any social media also but I am subscribed to them on YouTube. I love how proud they are to show their winners as well which made me trust them! I try my best to enter as many time times when I can get a moment to play. Most survey sites offer to give you points or money but that takes too much time to accumulate and the surveys often expire within hours. What I love about Just Play is that you can play whenever you have time and they provide you with a draw date. I will definitely be back to give them 5 star rating once I win a prize but for now... JustPlay keep it up, what an interesting concept!
Wow. I have always supported Mr Price buying items online and I needed some items delivered to my home. I am so disappointed by Mr Price. I ordered these items online on the 5th of December 2018 these were a gift for Christmas. My order status changed to shipped on the 7th, and I had not received yet any emails, sms's or calls unless I make an enquiry. I started getting worried about my order so I sent then an email on the 18th, wanting to find out when I should get my things, they sent me a weak response saying that the courier services have been trying to get a hold of me. I work from home and keep my phone on me all the time and I regard every phone call as important, so I knew this was impossible. I would gladly ask my service provider to provide call records to prove that I haven't received the several call attempts that they claimed to have made to get a hold of me. The following day I decided to call them and request that they deliver asap before the week ends, they repeated that they have been trying to contact me and even asked for an alt. number. The woman I spoke to assured me that they would have it delivered by end of day. Today is the 22nd, I am still waiting on my delivery, sad thing is that it's too late. I can't believe I trusted them when they promised they would have it fixed on time. At this point I really don't care if it really is Mr Prices unprofessionalism or their courier services... it's okay to disappoint me, but not when it's ruining a Christmas present!!! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN!
<p>I HATE MTN. MTN is the worst network to be on. I need all the airtime and data I load on my phone, I use it to upload assignments and to do mock exams to keep up with my schoolwork, check important e-mails and to even job hunt. On several occasions MTN has told me I had depleted my data after I load a bundle without even viewing any of these things. I always load my airtime and data bundles while my data is off and as soon as a I go onto the internet a "data is depleted" message shows up. Even phone calls are expensive! Several people I know have switched from MTN and I stayed loyal and I told myself to be more careful with how I use my data but I am angry and fed up! A rude and unhelpful experience with a customer service consultant left me anxious to lodge a complaint but I needed to put this on a platform. These are people's hard earned money that they steal! I hate MTN network and I am done. </p>
