Villa Paradiso Plot 8, Cable View Road, Melodie, Hartbee****rt. 0260 Good Day I made a booking to this place on the 30th September 2024. Booking was cancelled on the 6th November. One month in advance. When i cancelled the booking on booking.com it was also advised on the page that cancellation fee is FREE. However an agent at the accommodation place sent a message saying they needed my banking details and personal details to refund and i must also take note cancellation policies will apply. which contradicts what was mentioned on the site. i am extremely upset, disappointed angry and frustrated at the responses and lack of communication and the turnaround time even if they do respond their customer services lacks in so many ways. knowing that they react this way via booking.com and on message imagine how customer service will be if we stayed there . I don't recommend anyone to go to that place and deal with people that cant do the right thing and return what is due to a client. Please help me.
<p>I am currently renting an apartment in Fourways Lonehill. we usually deal with Petra Fleming from Rawson Properties to make montly rental. we have recently decided to get a ground unit in the same complex . it now comes to paying our deposit back she has been very rude about the issue. last week she said that she will be going on leave and in meeting and in her absence we need to deal with a agent named Johan moller so we made the necessary dealings with him on email and telephonically. the inspection of the place was supposed to be done last week wednesday and i clearly stated that we are flying down to durban so we would not be there after a certan time so if he wants to come he needs to be there at 3 so that by the next day the deposit could be paid to us. however we rescheduled to this week tuesday 02/05/2017 another agent piched up did the inspection and had no issues with the place.we were relaying on the money that was due to us and email comfired with Presley that the amount would be paid if all was in order and the account was ABSA to ABSA so the money would refelect the same time . the agent called petra to explain that she was supposed to pay but didnt. petra had a terrible attitude with the issue and spoke very nasty on the phone. we told her we relied on the money and if it wasnt paid we would sleep in our car cause we need the deposit to cover up first months rent in our new place. she said that she will go to the office to pay us however her boss needs to release the money which she cannot force and HE DOESNT LIKE CALLS so she cannot call him she sent him a message. and he can approve anytime from the time she paid till tomorrow. we slept in our car because of them not communicating with each other. it is now the 03/05/2017 we still do not have the dep paid out to us we called in the morning joan called and he advised she was in the meeting . she didnt return the call. i called her on my lunch break and she was shouting on the phone say ing YOU PEOPLE YOU PEOPLE which i felt was totally uncalled for . she said the night before that she cannot worry her boss to approve but she admits today that she disturbed him from the hockey field that is a lie made by her.it is really bad service as before we could rent there we had to pay in full so now when it comes to our money it is an issue. yes we were in a situation but it was agreed upon so now everything becomes different . we are very unhappy and we will not give rawson properties fourways any good referrals to people because of dealing with petra.</p>
