Dit was die ***ste diens wat ek gekry het in die afgelope 50 jaar wat ek voertuie laat diens. Hulle aanvaar geen verantwoordlikheid vir enige werk wat by hul gedoen word nie. Ek het my voertuig verloor weens hulle agterlosigheid.
They replace my car's engin, took out the gearbox, put enjn in and then the gearbox. No gearbox ole was put into the gearbox. The gearbox then seized after about 50 km. They don't take responsibility for that. I bought a other gearbox they fixed a wrong cooler on the gearbox and all the enjinwater went into gearbox so enjin run without water.They make the same mistakes over and over. Then the gearborx work but leak ole , when they fix the ole leak then the gearbox dont work. I bought 5 gearboxes but through poor machanical work I lost my car. You can' believe them. They replace old part's and then they charge you for new parts.
On the 1st of October 2017 I have applied to have my landline upgraded to a 4 Mbps with uncapped ADSL. In store the staff of Telkom told me it would take up to 24 Hour? (More like 24 Months if you ask me?) I waited and had no response. I phoned the Telkom line only to hear more promises. Phoned about 10 times holding for hours and again no response, if there where response it was more promises. I went back to the nearest Telkom again to ask what is going on more than 2 months already passed. The staff told me my order was lost? Lost? The staff helping me said they will follow up what is going on and phone me before the end of the day. As you can guess, no phone call. Again phoning the Telkom line. I get another promise it will be all fixed by 8 December 2017. It is 11 December 2017 - No Wi-Fi, No Upgrade, But me paying for the service that I am not receiving is well working. Not a proud customer at all.
