I placed order on 1 April. I received it 27 April after I enquired a few times about the status of my order and getting a response about them moving to a bigger factory. My full order was not delivered, missing one item. Sent several emails, even messages on their Instagram page, since there is no telephone number to call. To date, I have not received one response.
I'm an existing customer. Been having monthly issues with them, wifi just dropping, incompetent and rude call centre agents so I requested a cancellation in Nov. They then said I'll be charged R1580 cancellation fee. To which I said no. This morning after paying my wifi, I see my account is overdue with 2x R1580. They charged me a double cancellation fee even though I didn't cancel. After being on the phone with 4 agents, 2 hours later, they admitted to their mistake and confirmed the amount will be void of my account and my wifi reconnected. A supervisor was meant to call me at 2pm. I am still waiting and I am still without wifi.
<p>I have had the worst experience with this agency, as well as with Pebblestone Properties 48 cc/Arxidia Property Investments cc.</p> <p>Moving to JHB, I had no opportunity to view the flat complex and had to depend on the word and pictures given by the estate agent. </p> <p>Getting there, I noticed that the complex was still in the process of being built. so essentially, I am living on a construction site - that was NOT communicated by the agent - false adverting????</p> <p> </p> <p>I signed a year lease but due to the construction and other issues, I submitted my notice, 3 months notice, and still, they want to charge me a penalty fee of over R3000.</p> <p>also, my deposit was not paid into a third-party account, so there is no interest.</p>
