Thank you. Great service! They were on time, packed everything well! I did not know anyone that could recommend a moving service to us in Nelspruit so glad that we phoned them!

Most shocking service Old Mutual!
I monitor my Flexi pension online regularly. The value dropped on 11 April to zero. I sent an e-mail and tried to call 2 days later when I did not recieved any feedback. The telephone system does not work. After about 15 minutes had a consultant answer my call and were cut off shortly after providing policy number. I tried calling again several times, similar issues. I then logged request for someone to phone me. Must have seemed like sales opportunity because someone phoned me in an hour. She was keen but could only confirmed she could still see full policy value and I was the third person this week with this issue. She offered to transfer me to customer service, which was there normal call centre. My policy expires next year and I will take my funds elsewhere as quickly as possible. This company does not deserve any new business. Just have a look at the amount of similar complaints in last few days, shocking!

No exchange -even though they are to blame!
Incredible Connection I can not believe how many complaints incredible connection have and they still do bussiness. I gave them my printer number. They gave me a cartridge and said it is the cartridge for my printer. I opened it to put it in and realise ......it wasn't. No exchange - because I trusted them and opened it. They will now give me a R400 generic cartridge. No refund. i paid R1600. I believe they sold me the wrong just to make money because they did not have the correct one in stock. It took me one month to realise all their promises to exchange meant ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. WARNING - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT INCREDIBLE CONNECTION. NOT ONLY ARE THEY EXPENSIVE - THEY WILL ***** YOU TO MAKE MONEY.

It Broke
<p>The pergola broke. The roll bolt in the wall was insufficient. After deposit missed several appointments to put it up. The wanted to be paid immediately.</p>
