The company requested deposit upfront and have now disappeared halfway through the job.
Items way passed the delivery date and not even a call from Takealot except useless emails that keep acknowledging your call/complaints. After I called two times, I was told the items were delivered in Springs instead of Centurion AND they failing to move the items to Centurion for over a week. There is no option to cancel the order not delivered. I am very disappointed for giving a try.
Worse service and gross violation of cunsumers right. My mother bought a stove on 26/11/2021. Branch 1086 and account 009650. To date the stove has not been delivered and the store in Ulundi has no indication of when the delivery is going to be made after several attempts to contact them including walk ins. This is totally unacceptable and borders on unscrupulous business practices. Older people are taken for a ride by this company.
<p>I paid a deposit to Wrap-It-DIY (Richardsbay) for supply of built-ins cupboard material. They later said they can’t make the material because they don’t understand how my carpenter wrote out the quotation (Which made me wonder what the quotation they gave me was based on). I subsequently requested them to refund me my deposit and they are giving me all sort of excuses and stories like the finance department is looking at the matter. Terrible customer service and very dissappointing.</p> <p> </p>
