I bought my Mini Cooper with an M-Sure warranty, little did I know that they will refuse to pay when it's time to claim. I took my car to BMW Midrand on the 18th of March and it's still there even today. Communication has been horrible from M-Sure, I've been calling and sending emails for over a month now. Last week on Thursday I called and spoke to Calvin/Kelvin and he had no answers for me, when I asked if I can come to their offices and talk to someone who will give me answers his response was "I can't stop you". As if that was rude enough, when I got to their offices on Boeing Avenue in Edenvale they refused to come and talk to me. The lady at the reception told me that she had spoken to Kerwin, the supervisor from claims department, and he will come to talk to me but an hour later he wasn't there. I then made a call and spoke to Jacques, still at their premises, and he asked me to hold and 22 minutes later I was holding and Jacques never came back to me till I hung up and left. When I got to my work place I got an email from Xola Fynn notifying me that my warranty claim had been repudiated and their reasons are worse than their service. Mini Coopers come with a CBS feature(Condition Based Service) it informs me of whatever it is that needs service and I've always taken my car to BMW Midrand. Their reasons for the repudiation are that wrong oils, lubricants and fuels have been used which is incorrect, how can BMW not know the exact oils for a product of their own. The other reason is that the vehicle is not serviced properly, I've got all the service records and BMW can provide that and thirdly, they said the car is being driven in an unreasonable manner which is absurd. Do business with M-Sure and it will end in disappointment, their manner with which they treated me and handled my case is that of an organization that is trying to avoid honoring their contractual obligations.
<p>I went to consult on the 24th of April and the guy at the reception area was rude, the black lady Dr that attended to me was giggling when I related my problem and the lady that drew blood from me was complaining about "patients" coming late and that they don't get paid overtime and "us", the patients don't care as our lives go on yet theirs are at a standstill. She went on and on till I had to ask for Dr Pillay himself but the same lady told me to go and enquire at the reception and when I was told that the Dr wasn't there I then asked to see the senior Dr of which she did intervene. I was never told when I should come for my results from my blood tests and I waited for a call as they previously used to call and today I was told that they don't call anymore. Dr Pillay has been my family's GP for over 10yrs and the kinda service that his staff is giving make me wanna end my loyalty to him and choose a different GP. The lady that draws blood said I can even complain with the HPCSA she doesn't care. Sadly, Dr Pillay is never there to attend to these matters. I was given a Panado equivalent for my illness which never helped because everything was rushed and no proper diagnosis was done and no prescription. What a waste of time and money!</p>
