I was attempting to make a payment and a message came up to say the app is unavailable due to sheduled maintenance. This will force me to have an alternative bank and split my cash between the two. Very inconvenient and unacceptable to do maintenance during business hours.
Great experience, in time and the food was incredible on the flight from Windhoek to Cape Town..well done
DSTV streaming does not work with an error code claiming that I have too many screens on which is not the case. Strangely it only occurs when a World cup rugby game is on.. This service is terrible and very unstable. I am unistalling DSTV streaming. It is not worth the investment
All our shipments gave had an issue. Currently all accounts have been placed on hold due to some IT problem. We were not advised but our shipment has now been waiting 5 days. On our previous shipment we had to collect our shipment from the airport due avoid a further delay. Our local representative promises to get back to us and does not. Fedex do not understand nor offer customer service.
This was the greatest surprise after our first visit. Excellent food, excellent service and a perfect Sunday afternoon lunch
I have been getting unsolicited calls to offer a car quote. I took a call to compare and after giving all my car details they said someone would call me to tell me the premium. The next few calls repeated the same process wasting my time as I still do not have a quote. I have blocked their number
OTP recieved a day late, very frustrating for on line pyrchases. Used another Bank to do the pu&rchase
I called for email technical assistance which never happened. I called the number quoted on the website and despite waiting 15 minutes, the call was disconnected numerous times. I then called the sales number which was answered within seconds. I asked for technical assitance and was back to square one again. Terrible service
I have been having decoder problems. The Call centre operator was useless and totally untrained. I could not understand their accent, spoke too fast and used incorrect terms as references. Did not help at all and this will be my second forced visit to a satellite office. . Definitely looking at cancelling my subscriotion if this continues. Very little to view for R 950 per month.
