I have hired Boela Van Der Merwe attorneys to initiate my divorce proceedings. The lawyer who has assisted me is Francois Rothmann. I have found his services to be very thorough, especially in attaining me a protection order in a case of domestic violence. I have also met Boela personally once or twice and have found him to be compassionate and kind towards my case. We have been using The Courier Guy for a few months. Their rates are practically unbeatable, but their after sales service has been absolutely shocking. Our customers have broken stock continuously, The Courier Guy is just not willing to take responsibility for how their drivers toss boxes around. Our customers are complaining about driver rudeness, asking us not to use The Courier Guy anymore, they would rather pay higher rates and have their goods respected. The mishandling of parcels is so bad that we have had 25l polycans somehow acquire large holes in the base of the container, and our customer receives their container with no product in it as it has leaked out. The Courier Guy refuses to take responsibility. During lock down their rates were astronomical, they cannot explain why there is such a difference now. Our customer noticed this on their invoice and we have to try and explain why there are thousands of rands difference. It makes it look as though we increased the rates on our side. Not happy at all!
<p>On Saturday night we went to Osteria Rossa for dinner, there was quite a big table of us. Our food was brough out at different times ie. some of us had to watch while others ate, waiting for our food to arrive. The waiter was also very slow and often did not come back for very long periods of time. My brother's pizza was one of the last to arrive. After eating one piece of his pizza a few baby ****roaches ran out of the wooden board that his pizza was served on. We called the waiter who in turn called the manager, the pizza was removed and later replaced with a fresh one. A little while later another guy at our table had about two slices of his pizza left when one or two more baby ****roaches ran out of his board. The waiter removed the pizza but the manager did not approach the table again. At this stage most of us had almost finished eating and were searching our left over slices for evidence of baby ****roaches. I felt quite nauseated and really thought my expensive dinner would have been a waste. We all got a free Lemon Celo to smooth us over but yet again, the manager never approached our table. Those two pizzas were taken off the bill but I cannot help but wonder if the babies came out of the board, where are mommy and daddy? In the kitchen maybe? Their food is not cheap, to pay that much for a meal I expect a much higher standard of hygiene. I feel disappointed and disgusted, it was my first time eating at an Osteria Rossa but I will not easily go eat at one again.</p>
