Keep on getting emails regarding outstanding Fica information and the only account I have is a MFC vehicle finance account. the contracts I signed contains all the details that you may require but still you continue to try waste my time to go into a branch. Then you want to say that you will block my account. Please go ahead as when you do block my account you are not getting paid. Should have never gone with MFC for finance. Always have some or other issue where I need to send them confirmation of this or confirmation of that like the vehicle is not getting paid every month. Nedbank if you want to confirm FICA details you can call me. I will not go and sit in the branch like your request. If your system is insufficient do not inconvenience your clients.
I decided to take away my medical aid and insurance from Discovery a while ago. Since then, they cannot stop calling me. Discovery you had your chance, and you decided my business was not needed for your big company. From telling me that you will not pay out a claim if something happened to my vehicle due to the fact that the tracker unit was not active. Best part is that it was your own system that was not functioning but still you insisted that no claims were to be paid out is something happened. Thats pathetic. My broker also got a few updated insurance pricings this January and you came back 30% more expensive than my current policy. You can please remove me from your system as a contact. I no longer want you to bother me with calls as you are not in any position to try convincing me to return as a client. Just about had enough as Discovery as a company.
Took my bike to KTM Roost for what I believed was going to be a carb tune. The bikes engine was fully rebuilt from top to bottom about 20hrs ago. The bike just had a weak bottom end power. They called me to request them stripping the bike to check piston and quoted R890 for the strip and quote. I agreed. Not long after I received a quotation to the value of almost R32000 to fix the bike. I immediately declined and asked them to assemble the bike as I will fetch it. Now this is where things went south. I got to the shop and was run through the problems they believed was wrong. I then requested to pay and I got an invoice of R2500. So I said to the Andrew that I was quoted R890 to strip barrel and now getting charged an additional R1600 to assemble. I was more than happy to pay for assembly but R1600 seemed excessive. Andrew just stated that it seems to be correct. I reluctantly paid. What made even more angry was the fact that they decided that they did not need to put the bike back like they received it. They received the bike starting and driving. I got the bike back with the piston rings on the handlebars, loose barrel cover and plenty other bits and pieces not even installed properly. And then after this they still had the audacity to charge me R1600 for their assembly "labour". They have no pride. Just because I did not accept your quotation does not mean you had the right to assemble my bike as you please.
Ordered a fibre package from Webafrica. I paid the R249 fee for them to deliver the rooter to my premises. After I found out that it will take about 5 days to get there and then only will they let me know when an installer will be available I went on the cancel my order. Waiting 2 weeks for them just get the product installed was just to long. I requested a refund on the R249 I already paid. it is now 6 weeks later and after numerous requests, the refund is still outstanding. Every time it is speaking to an agent on whatsup. Their response is slow and when you get busy during the online chat your chat gets closed and then I need to start a new chat. Really frustrating trying to deal with this company!!
My Fibre has been off since last night. I get a message the fibre has been restored but yet I have no connection. Tried call technical support multiple times. Hold the line for 30min then I just get cut off. How the hell am I suppose to get this sorted if I cannot get gold of them.
I always had my vehicle financing done through Wesbank and last year February I bought my vehicle and went with MFC. This was the worst decision as they are one big nuisance. Receiving calls from MFC weekly about some sort of offer they want me to take out and telling them no will not change the fact that they will call me again 1 week later to try and sell me the same product. For the last 2 months I was being called 2-3 times a week by MFC. From asking me to supply my insurance schedule monthly to offering maintenance plans and even a few calls just to ask if I still drive the vehicle. Like I will pay it if I don't drive it. So MFC I ask yet again to please stop with the constant time wasting. I cannot sit and listen to your consultants on the phone on a weekly bases. Also will I not supply you with my insurance policy schedule every 2-3 months. I know people also financed through MFC and yet that is not requested from them so please stop requesting that from me and threaten me that you will add your own insurance if I do not respond. I now blocked your number as I will not entertain this any longer!
Renewed my contract online in 2020. Decided on the phone I wanted and there was the option to take the contract over 24 or 36 months. I ended up taking it over 36. the contract was for 185 minutes and 2GB data per month. Now 2 years down the line and I get no more data on my package but yet I have to pay the exact same amount. Call them and asked them what is going on and they tell me that the data was promotional for the first years and for the 3rd year I will not receive any data. I told them if this was specified to me when I took out the contract that I would not have agreed to it and I asked them to prove to me where it was specified and that I signed to agree to this madness. They were suppose to email me the contract but yet here I am still waiting. I was *****ed over before by Vodacom and here it happened again. Been with them for over 10+ years but enough is enough. TIME FOR CHANGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I sold my current vehicle which was financed through Wesbank. The buyer of my vehicle went through MFC for the financing. Everything went well and the contract got signed which allowed the buyer to pick up my vehicle. I have a deal approved on a new vehicle which is going to be through MFC. Now the last step was for MFC to pay the settlement to Wesbank on my old vehicle do that I can complete my new finance agreement. Took them 1 and half days to just make the payment to Wesbank. Now I have to wait for the money to reflect to Wesbank before they want to continue on my new vehicle. While this circus is going on I have no vehicle and stuck having to ask people to get to work and back home. I cannot understand how MFC is being the hold up for MFC to continue with my new finance agreement so that I can collect my new vehicle. Absolute joke and it is making me regret the decision already to finance through MFC. No matter how many calls you make I am just not getting any feedback. Well done MFC for making a new customer unhappy.
Yet again Wesbank has showed the worst customer service ever. After they phoned me asking me to confirm my insurance policy on my vehicle over the email they provided I just did that. Twice now in fact and yet they send me a change in installment notification as they now added their own insurance policy to my account as they claim I did not confirm my insurance details. They are so useless that they cannot just open up the emails they ask us to send and update their system. Tried phoning them and after 40min of being on hold with no answer I decided to put down. WESBANK please mark my words that I will reverse my debit order if you guys do not sort out this problem ASAP. You can come fetch your car as I will rather walk as to continue dealing with your incompetence. This is not the first time and even not the second time I had to deal with bad service. Regards
My monthly installments goes off my account with a debit order. Never did a debit order go off and no money was in the account. So all debit orders that went off will mean my account is up to date. Oh no Wesbank has *****ed this up as well as my account is showing as arrears. What makes me angry is that they are charging me additional interest on their mistake that they made. Don't know where this has gone wrong but they also not willing to sort this out and now want a manual debit order authorized for the arrears amount. I will not authorize this until they can prove to me that this was a fault of my own, WESBANK you guys just lost me as a client. Never will I finance another vehicle with you!
