Active since May 2017
Last year in July, I gave notice to Cell C to end ****le stick contract. They read the e-mail, but did not cancel the contract. End of that month, I received an invoice. Again I contacted them, they said they will cancel, but did not. After that, books of communication has been going on between me and Cell C, but they do not credit the "arrear" amount as they are suppose to. They handed me over to attorneys, and I explained to them as well the whole useless situation. Yet, they keep calling me. And now my credit score is affected as I am APPARENTLY 2 months in arrears with Cell C (WHICH I AM NOT!!!)
Rotten scaly workmanship and after "service". This company and Mr Jacques Malan has several complaints against them. Company has been voluntarily liquidated in 2019, but they still operate under this name. When threatened with legal action, Mr Malan argues that his company is busy closing down. Just to proceed again ripping of someone else!
<p> With every-one nowadays complaining about service, I feel I have to give a compliment to Eljoney Panelbeaters. More particular it goes to Steven who absolutely has a way of easing one's worries and anxiety. My fiancé's car went in for repair and eventhough I phoned the shop almost every second day irritating all, Steven always took my calls, was polite and despite my attitude, stayed friendly, calm and helpful, no matter how busy he always is running around. Really a bonus to have someone like him working for you. </p>
