Value Prepaid water metering is charging us more our tariff is more than other people on our complex us we can buy R150 and get 3kwh ,my neighbor on the same day can buy with R50 and gets 5.7kwh ,on R500 I get 21.6 KWh instead of 50.0 KWh I called the company they don’t take me seriously about my situation,I can’t afford water the basic thing ,my neighbors are 7 they spend only R200 a month,we are only 3 we spend R 1000 and there is nothing leaking in our house ,please help
Prestige Metering services is bad is robbing us daylight they are charging us water R3500 a month we are only 2 in the house and there is no one during the day ,no leakage was found they are just baaad ,now we don’t have electricity because we can’t pay for too much money for water on South Africa now is R9040,our lawyer talked to them but they are not listening thy didn’t even come to show us that leakage,very cruel people
<p>We changed to sos prepaid from 11 April 2017 and the electricity is going very fast we are two in the house,an the geyser is off but water is hot ,I called them several times just to came and check where would be the problem they don't want to come and they are telling me that may be my appliances are fault,my neighbor there are 5 people they use R50 per week for electricity but on us R50 its only 1 day,from 11 April we used R1300 and I have to top up the electricity won't finish the month </p>
