Delivery is suppose to be taking 5-7 days max. It is now 9 days, and still awaiting. unable to get through to a consultant, and there is no communication via phone or email. absolutely disappointed in the service. i have never had to struggle with them before.
We have used Michelle's clothing on several occasions, and have dealt with her attitude on each of those occasions. The latest being today, where we wanted to retrieve our digitized logo from her, the conversation therefore went south, and she ended up putting the phone down in our ears. Every time there is a problem with her work or customer service, she gets defensive and rude.
<p>Several weeks ago, my manager contacted Orca looking for a wheel for the LG fridge. He phoned several times, all with the same excuse, that he must contact LG themselves. LG couldnt help either. This past week, my boss started phoning, hoping to get a better response. with no luck. The first time he contacted them, he spoke to a female manager, which said she would get back to him, she never did. After consulting a family friend in this regard, the family friend then phoned and got an answer from the female manager, and he got an answer, and phoned my boss saying that she does have stock. My boss then phoned again, then she said they have, that she would speak to her technician about a price, and again she never got back to him. this went on for a few days, everytime she never got back to him. The next excuse was that her techinician was not in, then he was off sick, which we understand, but at least phone a customer back and let them know. Yesterday, my boss phoned again, she promised to phone back this morning before 10am. At 10:30am this morning, my boss phoned her manager and complained about the service that he was receiving. 5 minutes after he finished his call with her manager, she phones saying that there is no stock. Going from having stock, to trying to find out the price (which she should be able to give if the first place), to not having stock. This seemed to be just another excuse, to get out of doing her job. We are highly dissappointed, and will never be going back to them again. They have no common decency to phone a customer back to inform them of what is happening, or how they trying to solve the customers problem </p>
