After taking two cell phones to Gadget Paradise for screen repair quotes, I returned to find that they had already opened and repaired the phones without my consent. Needing the phones back, I accepted the cost and took them. However, after one of the phones malfunctioned just two days after I started using it, I discovered that the original battery had been replaced with a different one. Gadget Paradise is the only place that had opened the phone, which leads me to conclude that the original battery was replaced by them without my consent - ******?

Blocked drain and sewerage drama could not be sorted out by 2 private plumbers (Sunday and Monday). Joburg Water Crew arrived in the dark, identified the problem immediately and sorted it out within minutes! They also cleaned and disinfected the area. Deep gratitude to the Joburg Water Call Centre Supervisor (Themba) and the stand-by crew who sorted the problem out. Yes, we had to wait 2 days for them to come - but when they got there, their experience was evident. Thank you!
After a small accident and on the instruction of Santam, I took my car to Renew-It Rivonia to fix the back bumper only to get it back with damage to the front bumper for which neither Santam not Renew It will take any form of responsibility. I understand that the white spot damage to the front bumper of my car is as a result of stone chips and yet my argument remains that had Renew-It had not marked my car with their white marker, I would not have had this issue. Bottom line is that my car went into the panel beater looking just fine and came out with white spots / marks on the front bumper. This damage brings down the value of my car. It is bad service from both the panel beater as well as the insurer. It’s not as if anybody did me a favour – I pay monthly insurance premiums and paid an excess of R4000 towards the fixing of my car.

<p>When your Fitbit is no longer under warranty and something goes wrong, you can throw it away. Fitbit even suggests that you buy a new one because they have no after sales service in SA. Not sure how they work with their products still under warranty?</p> <p> </p> <p>So, if you are considering buying a Fitbit - be warned - no after sales service.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
