Does what they say they will. Charges what the quote said - no hidden costs. Great work ethics and quick to address queries. Great work done. Best carpentry service I’ve ever used.
They ground my concrete floor down in prep (previously tiled and 100% level). They did whatever it is they do and I ended up with an uneven floor - it has natural variances but an “uphill and downhill” feel is not a variance. Site foreman inspected - said it was an awful job. “Specialist” sent out and says it’s because floor underneath that they’ve applied to is uneven and refusing to fix it. If it was uneven in places during prep, one presumes they’d have contacted owner to say hey, problem floor not level.... did they? No. Because the substrate (the underlying floor) was fine and is not the issue - Their terrible Workmanship is the problem. House newly painted - advised them ahead - ruined paint on several walls. Appear not to have used a wet grinder when prepping the floors as EPIC dust in the house. Lumps. Grass in sealant (poor work as per site foreman by sealers). Absolute shame you can’t post pictures so folks can see my level floor pre flooring guru - and their wonky embarrassment of workmanship after. There’s a reason there are no positive reviews for this company.
Bought a pool blanket & cover. Super friendly and responsive on quotes and info requested - right up until the point our deposit was paid, then it went downhill fast. Our installation was quoted within 3 or 4 days. After the first week we started to chase, took them another week to deliver. <br> <br> I also ordered an optional extra - a storage cover for the pool blanket . Pool blanket arrived and was cut to size. All good. Blanket cover was supplied separately. Tried to get the pool blanket to fit into the cover - not a cat in hells chance. The cover is about a meter longer than our pool blanket at the ends and about 15cm too narrow to close around the width (so not made for my pool cover at all, it was pot luck supply and does not fit). my husband and I have both emailed and phoned several time to ask for help with the cover - perhaps we're doing something wrong (doubt it but asked anyway). no response - on the phone we're told someone will call us back... still waiting - first mailed them about it 10 days ago.<br> <br> My advise, use someone else. Customer service is key and these guys are incapable of any after they get your deposit.
