Very poor covid policies. If you are elderly or have co morbidities do not go on their game drives. They do not practice social distancing.
always loved safair found them friendly and professional until today. Severe migraine...... needed.to check in early....so as to access lounge.....not only lack of compassion.. but bordered on rude....unfortunate... won't consider safair my priority airline any longer Surprised...after Covid thought people would have realised how precious having a job is and not behave in such an entitled manner...
Just to let everyone know - this company is not very transparent re their return policy. They state there is a R150 handling fee for returns - but what they dont say is that you have to pay for the courier to get it back as well. This means I paid R300 for a bather bottom that i never even tried on - because the minute it arrived I could see it was too small. This was after giving my hip measurements to the sales clerk. So Seafolly - after being a customer for many many years - I bid you farewell and could luck with your daylight robbery. i just hope others can learn from this and not purchase online
