I went to Seafolly Sandton to buy a bikini just before I went on a special weekend away with my boyfriend. The bikini top was the same size as my bra's and I felt uncomfortable as it seems a little bit too small. So I then fitted ons size bigger bikini top and it was comfortable. The first time I went into water with my new bikini, the top felt very very! loose. If I knew the bikini top will loose elasticity in water, I would have gone for my normal bra size bikini top. My the sales agents were happy to sell it to me and I am so unhappy, upset and angry with my purchase, which I was really looking forward to buy a Seafolly designer bikini. My experience, BEAWARE: THE bikini tops fit comfortably when you fit them on for the first time. Once it get wet, they loose the elasticity. I feel robbed from my + R2500.00 bikini, as when I told e-mailed Sayfolly SA, all they had to say was, they don't do refunds or exchanges. The bikini will fit perfectly on the first try on, but it is USELESS and UNSUITABLE as a SWIMWEAR. I wore my bikini top ONCE, and I don't believe I'll ever wear it again as it has lost the elasticity from 1 time wear in water.

Just to let everyone know - this company is not very transparent re their return policy. They state there is a R150 handling fee for returns - but what they dont say is that you have to pay for the courier to get it back as well. This means I paid R300 for a bather bottom that i never even tried on - because the minute it arrived I could see it was too small. This was after giving my hip measurements to the sales clerk. So Seafolly - after being a customer for many many years - I bid you farewell and could luck with your daylight robbery. i just hope others can learn from this and not purchase online

After receiving 1 wrong item out of 4 - Casper from your online logistics-support was super helpful with resolving the issue. Very happy with the customer support he provided while under pressure because of the demand caused by Black Friday. Good Job!
