Due to the unprofessional assistance from Nokuthula Nxumalo, I no longer have faith in Discovery Insure. It seems like you risk to pay thousands monthly and end up with lame excuses when they reject your claim, not even to mention the attitude you need to deal with. Although our premiums were higher at Santam I never had any such issues and knew that they will keep their promises when they need to action. You get what you pay for I suppose..
Excellent service at iStore Sandton City. Manelisi, Mnguni and Sibongiseni-Manena went the extra mile to assist me. Fast and efficient service. Will most definitely recommend this store!
You most definitely get a better service and response from JB Marks local municipality than from Herotel Potchefstroom

Fantastic service from Flysafair. We just missed check-in time this morning due to traffic experienced. We missed check-in time with 5minutes. Initially the onboarding agent directed us to the sales office to obtain tickets for a new flight. Gugulethu at OR Tambo realised all flights for the next 48hours are fully booked and she went the extra mile to assist us to check-in one bag. Sibusiso assisted us in a friendly manner without any hassle. I will highly recommend Flysafair because of staff such as these two gems. Thank you!!
Good day, I recently went to the Mont Blanc store in Sandton City on 17 September, and explained a problem I had. The lady who assisted me ensured me the manager will contact me the Monday. No one contacted me or followed-up on my query. We live far and I only come to Sandton once every few months and then we buy enough stock to last him another few months. EVERYTIME my husband needs pen refills he hands me the empty boxes and I go to the store and buy new ones based on the empty boxes handed to the store personnel. I never check if they have sold me the correct items, as I would guess a store such as Mont Blanc should know what they are doing- especially if I give them empty containers. However, when my husband opened his drawer recently to refill his pen, the last two boxes were both different and both incorrect. I went to the store requesting them to please exchange it for the correct ones. Rather than apologising for any inconvenience caused, the lady informed me it is not their problem and they have implemented a new system and they can do absolutely nothing for me. Although the cost might be minimal, out of principal I will take this matter to Mont Blanc Switzerland until resolved. I am extremely disappointed with such terrible service from such an expensive luxury brand!!
If online ordering is your preferred way of shopping, reconsider when you order from MAC Cosmetics South Africa. When you order the incorrect product, you can not exchange instore. Then when you have enough guts to endure the extremely painful process of returning an item (completing forma, uploading pictures etc) and finally the courier understands to what address he should return the item, you will wait ages for the refund to reflect. Don’t bother to email; maybe after the 5th mail you might get a response. Never ever will I order online from them again.. @MAC, please take note from takealot how simple a return process can be.. I order easily and frequently from them as it it absolutely no hassle to return anything to them. They even refund you within 48hours!

You have gone far more than the extra mile to get my stock delivered to my home and even managed to do the impossible to obtain short stock from another store after the dilemma at Boksburg. Thank you!! There should be more people like yourself in the workplace! Very professional, friendly and went out of your way!
