Cancer history not enough to get an authorization number
Ive been trying to get an authorization number for a scan at bankmed since mid Feb. They said they needed a motivation letter from my specialist, which he did write and send but they said it was not enough they needed more info on why I had to get a mammogram at my age. The reason for that is: I was diagnosed with stage 2 cancer last year and was on treatment from November till January this yr. It appears on their records. The doctor wants me to do that scan to see if I have anything on my breasts too. That is not enough for them. Im so disappointed cz I once did the mammogram years ago and never went through such trouble.

Emails ignored
I was under debt review with Mohau debt counsellors for sometime. When I cancelled last year it took me a while before the debits stopped. After that I wanted them to remove the debt review hold on my credit card but no one ever responded to my emails regarding that. While when I applied the said I could get out at anytime if I see that Im able to pay debts on my own. So after cancelling no one is responding to any of my emails and I still have lots of questions about this whole proccess. Help me to get in contact with them coz on my own I have failed.

dstv bad service
<p>Ive had an account with multichoice dstv for less than 6 months but already Im so dissappointed with their service. Ive never missed a payment but last week my acc was suspended they said it was in arrears . How can it be in arrears when i always pay more than im supposed to. The whole weekend of the 5th it was off. Then i called for over 2days just asking for them re open my acc. It was from a Thursday of the 4th until the following week on Tuesday then they openned it. I sent them several times my proof of payment by email, but nothing. So when they finally decide to open it, it was temporal cz on Friday night it was suspended again thou during the weekend I continued emailling them the slips nothing happened till today. Im so dissappointed and Ithink it will be better to cancel my acco0unt with these people. Such an inconvinience.</p>
