This is the WORST company ever. They proceed with an application after you log tickes and emails and phone calls NOT to proceed anymore. Only for them to tell you that they have high call volumes, and emails and can’t get to everyone. So how many times must one ask for a loa NOT to proceed as you DO NOT need it. Then when you call, the agents are the worst and beyond useless. You can’t get through to a manager to resolve the issue. They hang up and feel ***OL for you. Think twice before you make use of them. No wonder they have such *** ratings.

The worst bank ever!!! How can I be sent a letter that I owe R178 and now being handed over to attorneys from a useless bank that sent me a settlement letter already? If the bank account was on R0. Then the bank refuses to remove nor rectify nor even ****ing apologise for being in the ducking wrong! Why is this ok for a bank to duck up your credit record when they are in the ****ing wrong?!!! Fix your **** up!!! Refer to your ****ing settlement letter that you sent me 2022/05/20. How do you explain this random email with a R0 balance confirmation letter now all of a sudden I don’t pay? Haibo! Bunch of ****mers, the ridiculous part is that I even closed my bank accounts due to how ***** you are! Tsek, I eagerly await a new confirmation letter with the new credit report updated or else I will go as far as taking the individuals for GROSS negligence to the highest court for every cent !!!!!! How can an airline be so ****ing sly and slick, that they don’t tell you that you will have to pay as well for the blocked seat. If you click on a seat selection that has already had a blocked seat, now you also have to pay for it. That it total BS!!! Then you try to reach out and ask to be helped only to not get a ****ing response back yet you’re a frequent flyer. **** this airliner.
It's just beyond ridiculous that you have go into a fight mode after you have requested a refund for funds deducted for a double payment!!!!!!! The back office is proving and should take 24/48hours and then fokol happens!! Only to be told attached proof.ofmoayment yet the ****ing system shoes that left payments were done! Now I have to wait for how long to.get my funds back?! *** is wrong with this place?!!!!!!

I got a membership, it says I can cel ek it during my period of 3 months. I therefore requested that you cancel and refund as per the policy on Cancelation. No response recief. No refund received? I needed help with a business query and you don’t do that. I just want to cancel and refund.
Unresolved issues I have given enough time for this bank to respond and will therefore ensure every person that has responded to mes name gets highlighted in my email to the damn ceo of FNB!!! Months later it’s now ringing up interest because you decide to debit R100 and want me to drown in debt. But the ****ing account was on R0.00?????!!!!!!!!
